Master Staffing, LLC was created in 2008 with a vision to support York’s diverse business community, and labor force. As a family owned business, you have our pledge to work hard, and to the best of our ability to find the best candidates to meet your needs.
Over the years York County has evolved from a heavy manufacturing presence to a more service-based county. The demand for workers has changed as well. These shifts are reflected in skill levels available, educational levels, and diverse population pockets throughout York County. All of our recruiters are longtime county residents, so they know the people and communities throughout all of the 72 municipalities and 16 school districts in our service area. However; working together we will master your staffing needs.
While some staffing companies specialize in one field, our goal is to provide a broader based service to both our client companies and the “temps” that are dependent on us to find them jobs. Because of our experience in working with both client companies and the employees we provide, and our general York County experience and knowledge, Master Staffing has an unmatched grasp of the community we serve.
As a “temp” agency Master Staffing’s role is a bifurcated process that brings together “job providers”, our client companies, and workers seeking a job. We like to say that we “work together to master your staffing needs.” Collectively the people that make up the Master Staffing office have a combined 153 years of experience dealing with staffing’s challenges.

HIRING PROCESS
At Master Staffing, LLC we personally meet with each potential employee to better understand their skill set, and to ensure that all temporary associates can perform the job duties that are required of them at their job site.
Employees Are Pre-Screened:
- Eligible to work in the US
- In-house drug screening available
- Testing according to job specifications
- Reference checks on request
- County/Statewide criminal background checks
- Ensure that all applicants assigned to a particular job will be required to participate in any safety related training
Master Staffing, LLC can accommodate your specific needs in a way that you are most comfortable. The ball is in your court! You may choose to interview your applicant or just give job specifications to one of Master Staffing’s Recruiters and let Master Staffing do the work for you. However you choose to proceed, if you are not entirely happy with Master Staffing’s employee within the first four hours, contact us and we will quickly work to replace them and adjust your invoice.
